Well I decided to chop the old plymouth

I ended up chopping the front 4" and took 5" out of the rear. Kinda funny story. I brought the car in to the garage to convert it to 12 volt and fix a broken manifold and ended up chopping the roof instead lol

Here you go lots of pics enjoy.

    Hi,

Before looking at the pics, I read only your subject line. My first impression was DON'T DO IT... But now that I see the results, I must say you have done a wonderful job.

I have seen many cars on eBay over the years where someone started a project like this, and didn't carry it all the way through, so it is very refreshing to see that you finished out the posts, the C-pillar, etc. Yes, the glass will prove to be a challenge, but you have proven that you are up to the challenge. Congrats on a GREAT job. Give us some hints... What's next with the paint??? Primer would be OK, too... But, given the fantastic job you've done so far, I'm sure you're thinking big.

    Hat's off the new guy!

    Thanks for sharing.

I couldnt resist adding skirts and some body molding to help visually lengthen the car.

  26. I was scared by the title of the post, but plesantly surprised by the result. You nailed it, nice job.

You make me feel like a slacker getting it, cut welded, mudded and in primer that quick.
