Good ol' Lancaster,New York race way park, you'll never get closer to a track unless you're standing on the starting line. They put on a nice nostalgia show every year.

Damn!! I just went through all 70 pages. Some extremely cool shit, but not one pic of a '56 Plymouth.

Thank you for that one. I was there that day. Dad took his 8mm movie camera. I was begging him to use it. He finally got the message AFTER this happened!

Team was from New England, but I don't know much about them, like their names.

the track was New York National Speedway on Long Island.

That is Paul "Motor" Burns, from Marblehead, Massachusetts, driving the "Spirit". I think he will be at the Mid-Winter Hot Rod and Drag Racing Fest, along with many of New England's old racing personalities.
