I got her on the road today, and I'm ready for the roundup. Please don't laugh too hard, this is only the second car I have ever built. My next build starting monday will be a 47 desoto coupe. Don't be too hard on me, but let me know what you think. Hopefully somebody will identify these headlights. I just thought that they were cool.

They are lights that are fixed to the front end of a car to illuminate the road at night.

    - You ****! Sorry, little bit of jealousy that your's will be ready for roundup.

    - Fore the most part I like it, except for the grill insert, and a little weary of the looks of those headlights, but hey if they work....

apparently you don't know how to post a proper intro...

bbob, bottom line is that you do like it. that's great. it does look like a well built car from what i can see, but it's not really what this board is about. kudos for building it and driving it and taking my ribbing in stride :D

Congrats on getting it together, but......the rear shackles don't have much travel in them. Were you able to get much bounce on the rear corners ?

I like it. Would like to see some detail of the third brake light or reflector on the back. Keep us posted on the DeSoto coupe, I'm building a 48 Dodge coupe.

That floor is awsome, way to be think a outside of the box. It's WAY better than the "traditional" plywood you always see:D
