2 years later, this week, and it still looks like a giant turd

and After, as it sits today. This rod kinda went the wrong direction, but we're gonna turn it around and get it headin in the right one. After all, its not everyday you get something like this that has a history. I love this car. It's my Other Brother.

Deuces High - YOU NAILED IT!!!! Very cool! The period-correct hoodscoop and the blue headlights MAKE that car!!! Well done, sir!

 

My '54 F100 with the funky flames when I bought it (when I got it it had wide wire wheels and big tires, looked like crap!). After I threw some dark gray hot rod primer on it.

 

Some of you have made amazing turn-arounds with these cars.
This is my 37 technically before. When i bought it, it had corvette ralley wheels and this dented up red paintjob. This is it with the new tires and wheels and in the paint shop.

And this is it as of a few days ago

 

not when i first got the truck, but about 6 months into it. and as it sits today minus the "ding" i got from the meth head hooker!!!

Still not done, many changes to be made. But gettin' there.
