    Her's mine. 327, fuelie heads, solid lifters, gear drive, edelbrock x-1 cross ram with 6 holley 2110 carbs.

    I've posted it before, but here's an injected 288 that was in a 55 Chevy a friend of mine raced in the 60's. It was a pretty typical engine for the times.

    Answer: It's a class legal engine in a Gasser. In the 60's a lot of the lower class cars ran injected engines with magnetos. The GS classes had blowers, usually with injectors and magnetos.



    Question: What's a Gasser?
    Answer: ...................sigh.

    ya, it was in Hot Rod oct. 06, and dec. 06. it has a pair of Offy finned aluminum valve covers on it now, though. it looks a lot better.

    This is funny. Dave saw this post and sent me a picture of his motor but i couldn't figure out how to get it here. I couldn't believe it when i saw the picture i thought it was his. I'm surprised that you have time to check out other posts with that willys project that your doing. Nice job by the way:D:D
