I'd drive it, if someone pulled the whole skull-grilled, webbed hood, 2" thick bondo 1 peice front end off of it, burnned it, then burried the ashes somewere at the bottom of the sea, so no one would ever think of doing that to a nice car again. Stupid ass "rat rod". This car has pissed me off ever since I first seen it, and not many cars do this to me, but this one has soooo much potential. That dude should never be able to own another car again, so he could never do this agian, thinking its "cool".

Yea that merc has alot of potential , i like the skulls..and the pinstriping..JUST NOT ON THE CAR!

As far as that merc dually...that thing is badass...sure the bed needs work..and the roof looks a little off...but shit, just a wheel change it would look even better to me. to each his own.

 

Well, somethin' tells me the guy with the skull Merc doesn't take it very serious to begin with, and could give a flyin' f-- what any of us thought! Probably gettin' more publicity than ever thought possible.

You guys are so far behind on the merc bashing, it was done about 20 pages back. One thing i will say though is just because a bunch of pretentious "traditionalists"hate my car does not mean shit, that car made more kids across this country smile from ear to ear than your boring trad rod ever will, so for that i will never apologize for hacking up a merc!!!!

 

i dont care if it made the pope smile. thats just plain wrong. how about doing it to a toyota? the kids will still dig it, and you wont be screwing up some great old iron.

 

That car was not worth saving from the get go, so it did not hurt much. Plus i had a hell of a good time in it, and i promise you it got more exposure than most cars on this forum, good or bad!! Look how much you guys have talked about it, and ive never posted a single pic.
