  2. Gezz Six Ball, how do you REALLY feel?

  3. Change your name to "que ball".
You don't have a clue! Roth cars? Obviously you aren't dealing with a full deck. I might agree with you if you said Barris cars of the 70's. You will learn as you go,that you would be better off READING a little more before sharing your uninformed opinion.

If you read his bio, it says --
"I lie And I'm full of crap. Is there room for me here?"
    That may explain it.

Yea,I guess that was a little over the top. Sorry,I didn't mean to spoil your supper! I appreciate the masters as well as anyone and it was always fun to see what the next one would be. More art than car but that's what it was/is. Opinions? Isn't this whole deal about opinions? You know the "eye of the beholder" thing. Uninformed opinion? Unpopular maybe, sometimes there is weakness in numbers. I pray that Darrel & Big Daddy will forgive me. Their work was cool to look upon. Bring on the uglies guys more pics!

I see this guy took his ride to the appropriate show, although that low rider U-Haul truck is going to give him a run for best in show.

I think the woodie looks like it's right out of the pixar movie "Cars" I think (I hope) that he was going for that, which makes it pretty cool I think. Anyway, whatever he was going for, that's what I see in it, it makes me smile, so I guess I like it.

Just came across these "gems" so I thought I'd post 'em up.

This looks like it used to be a '57 Cadillac Eldorado....too bad....

I think this was a '77 Impala 4 door at one time, and begs the question..........why ???

That Majenta thing is an old custom. With some work I think it could be cool.

I like this one. Looks like someone tried to make a Continental out of a 41 Hudson. They almost pulled it off. I think the body has been sectioned too far and the fenders left too high. Lowering the hood below the tops of the fenders is goofy. They had a good idea but went a little too far. If it were painted maroon or cordovan instead it might be easier to look at. If the build quality is good I'll like it even more. Any history on it's origin?

This is what I came across a few years ago. Found it on the internet and I have never been able to find out if it was tru or now... by the looks of it I would say not tru. But perhaps it was modified further more when it was "restored"

Not as bad as some. I wish it had not been shortened. That two-seater sports car thing messed up a lot of stuff. It looks like the top comes off,it might not look so short topless. We'll just park this one close enough to the fire to blister the purple off.

  21. Hey, come on, I bet it's the coolest car in the trailer park.... you'd think it looked great if you had a mobile home to park next to it.

Hey, all those guys that painted murals on vans in the '70s still have to make a buck.

Tweedie Bird has a gay cousin?

Hmm. Probably should only do that if you're dating a model.
You guys who don't like sectioned shoeboxes, here's an argument in their favor. It looks like a crosseyed chipmunk with acorns in both cheeks.

Is there a magical spell to somehow make that cool?

And now, I've heard of the kids who ride the short bus, but this is rediculous.

That's actually a local car, I've watched it progress each year. I don't care for the grille treatment but the concept itself isn't bad. Combine two things nobody gives a crap about - an Olds Toronado and a pre-toothy grille DeSoto - and still have something nobody gives a crap about I guess.

Oh wow, I just thought of a joke.

My girlfriend's so fat, you have to have two continental kits to fit a muriel of her entire body.

Don't correct me on my spelling of muriel either, it's just the way I've done it since the seventies. The Sistine Chapel has murals, custom cars, vans and bikes have muriels.

  24. Hey Beatnik! Muriels were a brand of cheap cigars that Edie Adams sang about in television commercials.

Yeah, it was a sad time while the Brits were here screwing up our music the Japanese snuck in and killed all of their motorcycles.

  29. Funky. This must be a reworked custom. I like the grill which looks something like a 42 Chrysler. I've never seen that done before. The peaked headlights look good and the chop looks right. Not sure about that front bumper.
