Detroit Autorama - Who's going and what are you bringing??

Rudy (Roadstar) and I talked the other evening about the ba*****t at the Autorama the other day. I thought I would put up a "roll call" of sorts to see what will be showing up. I know a lot of people said that they were going to bring their show-rods and whatnot, and I am really looking forward to seeing Chaz's wooden Roth masterpiece.

I am going to be bringing the completed version of this:

 

i would like to have my coupe there... but doubtfull

i honestly cant afford a hotel room for me and my fiancee... and shes loud so i dont wanna share hahaha

57JoeFomopar and I are bringing a change of clothes, some blankets and pillows to sleep in the car, a little bit of cash, and our party hats. Trying to do the wknd on the cheap.

It's gonna be a great show again this year. We have lots of new cars, some great special displays and of course tons of HAMBers that make up a big portion of the show.

For those of you that don't know,the date this year is:

MARCH 7-9 At COBO CENTER

Downtown Detroit

Move in downstairs is easy and h***el free and there is a secured lot a 1/4 mile away for truck and trailer parking for the out of town guys.

We are way ahead of last year with Registrations and plan on a good showing with something for everyone.

IF you are intrested in showing and haven't registered yet please do so ASAP.

Aaron, I'm really gonna miss you this year. I'd bring my truck, but, well, it's on EBay. And my bike is all top secret and ****. And the A roadster in my head is still just in my head. No one wants me to show my head.

At least without me there, you can get in some quality time with Shiny.

No rudy thank you for all your hard work. I can't wait for the Detroit Autorama. It should be a great time. This is what I am driving up to the Autorama.... I working on getting door gl*** in and some of the holes patched up. We will see how far I get....

 

So glad you will make it this year Tony, it's hard working hotroders like you that make this show what it is.

So far fuelpump and the rest haven't convinced me to bring my '32 2dr. although it would be nice to have a place to take a nap without falling out of a chair and giving everyone a photo-op.
