I took a bunch, mostly traditional stuff. Here are a few........ Oz's latest.... Mercury Charlie... HAMBer Phat Caddy... TRK Buick... Roseville Rod and Custom '54 getting wiped down before the gates opened... I met this guy, I think his name's John....FANTASTIC '56. He has the greatest comebacks for the pants-****ters that tell him he ruined a tri-5... Javier's Merc.... Axle's '36... Bryan
Some shots from the Suede Pavilion... Timebomb '36... It was a treat having Dan Collin's roadster up here. If you went to the show, you probably laughed at some of the stuff you saw on the way to this gem... Bryan
A couple more of Oz's T-bird... Tardel brought some beautiful roadsters and lined 'em up across from the Sacramento So-cal Speedshop booth... HAMBer Timebomb's '51...cool to finally see this one in person... Bryan
Anybody know if Zoochi or D' Agostino had anything new this year? I haven't heard or seen anything on these guys.
Some random stuff... Le Mat cracked me up! Back to the cars...lots of stuff outside at the drive-in. Not many traditional cars... That's it for now...more here if anyone's interested...http://villainscc.com/Images/Autorama08/index.htm Bryan
i heard the fonz wasnt a car or bike guy? was he charging for autographs? get pics of some awsome cars thanks ...
Really Really sweet pix. What a bunch-o-great rides! Every time I see Nadine the Austin Merc, and Axels Super Coupe I feel the car Gods are smilin on us. Nice show!! Thanx for taking your time to give us the free ride there!! A nice treat when its below zero outdoors!!-Sololobo
It actually did! It's been a long time since that happened. Haha...me too!! Thanks for the good words guys. Bryan
The green 54 is nice. Interesting idea to put the stainless around the side windows.. AV8 (Mikes) blue roadster is still looking good after all these years... but the black with deep red roof 51 Victoria is incredible.
Yeah, lots of interesting stuff going in with that car....the dash is amazing, the one-off headlight rings look fantastic, as does the grille and the tail lights...but the wheels kill it (for me), so I didn't post all the pics here. They're on my site, though. Agreed!...that one blew me away at SF. It belongs to The Walrus on here. Couple pics from SF... Bryan
Well...I should've said streetrodders or something along those lines as we all know there are guys of all ages building traditional hot rods and customs...it's more of an inside joke between friends. A**** a slew of other retorts... "Man, you really ****ed up that '56." "What? I ****ed your daughter? Oh, sorry." There's just something about the car that grabs me...it's got a mild custom/bomb look. Not as dramatic at Sammy's '56, but better than most I see, especially at a show like the Autorama. Bryan
I thought maybe it was something like my favorite comeback: "Yea, your mother made me throw up!" How could it be ****ed up? Other than the paint colors and al***ude it's stock! I think I'd put a set of straight lace Daytons on that Chevy, and drive it ..!
Man, looks like I am going to be missing a really nice show, ****. But, thanks for the pics. So far, there are quite a few really nice cars. Kirk's car would have fit right in and looked great with these. Thanks again for the shots. Almost like being there....
