4. Saw this old Chev at a cruise in last summer. It's so ugly, it's cool.
Got parts off several makes on it. My favorite of the whole show.

Agreed. In my opinion it's just as bad as the art car posted below it. Just with some more usefull parts plastered on it.

Getting old is seldom a beautiful thing.

14. That old 37 or 38 Chevy with alll the junk on it contained a lot of humor.
Is that a slinky on the shifter handle????
But it would get right up and run down the road.....

The dash.....

[IMG][/IMG]

Had a gen-u-ine shifter boot.

If that was your favorite car at the show it was either a REALLY bad show, or you have REALLY bad taste! I'll never understand why people spend so much time building a POS when they could use that time to create something to be proud of. I think the humor thing is something they add to hide the fact that they have no taste. At least it's not rusting away in some field, maybe he'll preserve it long enough so that some one else with a little more taste and respect for old cars can someday build it into something worth while.
But, to each his own I guess.

Western shit kicker shift boot...

This thread is supposed to be about ugly CUSTOMS... NOT "Art cars" and rockerbilly-goth-rat-hearses and every other kind of "field car" someone wasted time taking a picture of.
Don't you guys know the difference?

Michael Jackson also has several parts off of different races of humans, and I can tell you he looked like shit on Celebrity Expose last night.

I think that's where you are wrong, Ron...and you are giving them too much credit...They "built" that car because adding shit to an already rolling car is the absolute best they are capable of. And if they "show it off" at a car show, then they are damned proud of it.

Humor often hides many things...small penises beget Hummers...and that's hilarious. Humor is often disguised as an attempt at something that is unobtainable for some folks...a car for showing that is acceptable by the masses obviously eludes the man that owns that one. It'd be a very boring world if we all drove 32 Fords...or painted everything flat blak...

Man ,I can't stand it any longer! Been sittin back laughing a lot at these cars but I just had to get in here and say some are just hideous. What are these people thinking to screw up these cars like some are? Sad part is, most spent a lot of money to get them screwed up!

My son loves this car but he's only 9. It's modeled after a fighter from Battlestar Galactica. I think it was built on the chassis of an old mail truck. A local guy that works in an amusement park built it over the winter months up here in New York state. It's pretty goofy but if I tell my son it might be at the cruise night he's more than happy to come along with me.

I guess humor is good if you're building a clown car. I just don't get the whole "I bolted a bunch of trash to my car that I think is clever" approach.

Nice guy owns this...I striped and lettered it last year, but the proportions on this thing are the most horrific I have ever seen!
