Here is my 1/18th scale '53 F100 with homemade trailer and a '32.

 

I'm not sure who Kustom Komet really is, but you Sir, know your stuff......Great cars...better execution...you should be in the business... Sandpiper

 

I wasn't going to but seeing that some like them. There are crappy pics from awhile ago and I now have more redlines but.......

Wow, those Nazi era cars are pretty cool. H.B. Halicki of Gone in 60 Seconds fame was supposed to have a very nice collection. Sort of OT here but I had this truck. Someone in Germany wanted it more than I was willing to turn down.

Shuco late 50's. It was like brand new. I still had the tools to take it apart and the instructions.

 

Rob's not on the computer and he's been buggin the crap out of me to post pics of his car stuff ever since I showed him this thread.

Philo, is that a 1/18th cad? Then that is what my purple cad started out as.

 

Yes it is an Anson 1/18 '47 Cad Conv(Series 62)

Just a few from inside my closet. The flamed, black, caddy and buick, i did with a airbrush, and outlined with a very,very small brush.

 

How are you guys doin "metalwork" on those diecasts (choptops etc...) ??

 

My brother has more die-casts than I do.. I'll post up part of his collection soon.

Does everybody else get dorky die-casts for X-Mas/Birthdays gifts cause people see that you're inot cars and think you'll like any die-cast... I guess it's the thought that counts right?...

Ok a few more now that I have the finished shots (still small details not done yet)

My collection has really toned down in the last few years. At one point I had close to 5,000 Hot Wheels, including about 250 redlines. I'm down to a couple dozen redlines and about 150 Hot Wheels now, as well as a number of 1:24 and 1:18 scale cars. I also have all 9 of the Tiny Tonka Model A hotrod cars from the late 60's.

Until I get the new garage built I only have a few of my diecast cars on display. My wife lets me display my redlines in her china cabinet. Nice of her, eh?

 

You have three of my favorites Boyd Who. The Ala Cart, The Hirohata Merc, and the Lead Sledz merc. Way cool hot wheels.

Ok I have to admit I have one or two cars laying around the house but no two are the same.

 

KustomLincolnLady, those are sweet builds !! I'm jealous. And Drew, I'm diggin the truck with the Airstream trailer in tow. That makes for a pretty cool display piece. If only someone would do a 1/18 scale '62 Chevy wagon I could hook up to the trailer......
