Does the belt even go to the crank? I can't be sure from this pic but I thought it looked like the 'blowers' were all just belted together. WTF?

Yeah, probably a carb inside empty shells.:(

  3. Is that a small fireplace on the trunk lid?

When people build something like this, do they start everything by making a sketch of the concept, drawing it and flickering it until they think it looks awesome? Or do they just begin building the car, doing a lot of crazy shit that comes into their brain on the way and hopes it turns out good when its done??

For me it looks like a lot of cars in this thread is a product of the last alternative....

  5. Ya hit that right on the head!....there used to be a t-bucket witha really long front end like a old dragster and it had two blowers on a angle side by side,at a rod run in Portland we dropped a dime between the two blowers and hit the aircleaner lid inside,....he shouldnt have tried to tell us they were real !:D.............well we thought it was funny! SHOW RODS RULE !!!!

    LMAO!
See, everything looks better in suede black and red wheels

On the other hand, it is slightly cooler looking than a stock whatever-the-fuck-that-is.

Aw, come on! It's not THAT bad! Everything should have black suede, whitewalls, and red wheels.

    Honda, huh.

    Thanks.

  17. Its kind of "close but no cigar" isn´t it. Looks like someone had a Fordor and wanted a coupe. If a bit more thought - a bit less flat sheet metal - had gone into the roof, they could have pulled it off. Could be rescued IMHO.

Not to go totally offtopic but this car has a clever engineering and who knows, it may create a pattern for future automotive alternatives. Let's trust the Japanese, they know what they do.

Moreover look at these factory stock skirts. I love cars with fender skirts.

That is the current version of quad headlights, double continental kits, and triple lakes pipes, more of everything-bad customs of the '60s and '70s, and the monochromatic, hidden headlight,, tweed-bombed, billet wheeled cars of the '80s and '90s... bad taste and poor judgement are timeless. :D
