if you used pay pal they will remburse you like 200 bux but then ake 50 back for processing fees. ebay ****s and is getting worse. what you have to do is take all you do***ents to YOUR local police. they will then contact his local police and issue a summons. Your gona have to take him to small claims court. 9 times outta 10 the means doesnt justfy the cause. but if your like me principal takes over.

Yes, how did you pay? Means alot as far as your options.

If you did pay with Paypal, how long ago and how did you fund that payment? Credit Card?

  4. When his dad retired, Jeff took over the chrome shop next door.

You may be able to contact him there.

When I lived in Visalia it was the only chrome shop in town.

You'd think with the 'net it would be easier to order things these days, but it seems to me that more and more you need to deal with the folks in person to get any kind of ***urance that you'll actually seal the deal. There are a few reliable souls-**** Spadaro seems to be one mentioned a lot in the past few days, but it's hard to tell about a lot of the others. Ruins it for the good guys. Sad.

After 3 months the wheels I bought did show up at my doorstep. I was amazed that they came after not being able to make any contact in Califorinia. However they are here and they look just fine.

so after all that, you get them. what made you say that he'd gone bad? i for one don't like it when people say things like that without some sort of backing statement.

That must be one of his last sets of wheels, he went out of bussiness and is just running the chrome shop now.

3 months without a contact seems pretty damn bad to me. How long are you expected to wait before you feel like you got screwed??? The guy had his address and contact info and never used it.....maybe a little hamb pressure helped get his **** together?? Anyway, glad to hear it worked out.

Looks like this has been worked out.

Something else to consider when buying online though.....

.... I've heard that not delivering the goods paid for with a US Postal Money Order is a federal offense. I don't know that to be true for sure, & it would still be more trouble than it would be worth in many cases, but it might be worth knowing.
