I'm new to this forum joined to try to network a little on parts and others' knowledge of old rod stuff. I'v got a 1948 Chevy COE that I'm building and a 1941 to 1946 Chevy truckster (RAT) that I've ***embled with lots of different parts I've ac***ulated. Got some COE parts if anyone is interested, ask I may have it. Need some info on 46 Ford truck open drive line banjo rear end mine needs brakes and a pinion yoke, yoke is rusted bad. If anyone out there has this stuff available for purchase I'd like to know. DINK
welcome! but your in the wrong area for this...you need to go to the top, where is says ....new to the hamb??? introduce yourself here"...that will get your ball rollin!
Welcome from Texas Dink! You should be able to find plenty of help and tons of support around here for your "Hot Rod" project. Just a friendly fyi.... Most folks round these HAMB parts don't care for the term "Rat" I would use the word "Hot Rod" or just plain ole truck. Jay
Didn't mean to upset anyone with the "R" word but I guess that the conglomeration of parts that I've turned into a hot rod are better off that someone is enjoying them and has created something useful and somewhat historical. So what ever You call it it's still pretty cool. Most of the stuff was pretty much destined for the s**** yard or worse yet just left in a field to rot away to nothing. I've saved it. None of the parts are of particular value, exept to me. DAN
