Way cool. Thanks for the updates Dana. That was just before Dave Shuten laid
a few lines on her. Thanks Dave. That thing had me smiling all weekend. Between that and the Atomic Punk, I would have been fine if I had never ventured upstairs. Then I ran across the Ice Truck and Swindler II...WOW.
Did anyone get a pic of Moriarty, Shuten and Fritz all standing by the Finkosel at the same time? I'm not usually one for hero worship, but talk about a brain trust. I was expecting those guys to start talking quantum physics or something. Lots of talent right there.

    Congratulations guys!!! Well deserved award!!!
That thing is way cool you guys deserve recognition for your vision and talent.
I enjoyed meeting you all and helping unpack crates during setup.

Rudy did a great job of organizing the floor plan.

Coming down the escalator your eye caught the Finkosel and then first thing right inside the doors, the Atomic Punk, right on to the Caddy and the So What cars. With those displays to begin with, I was caught up searching the rest of the area for more treasures, which were many.

You should have taken a spin. I stopped it for a while Saturday morning and let some kids take pics on it. They had a blast. You have to jump through some hoops to actually let them ride.....inspections,permits,insurance, etc. I want a ride in The Reaper too.

Larry, where's the love man? The Berry Wagon rocked and I'm glad I got to see it.

I had a great time up there meeting the Montana gang. The Fink-o-sel was unbelieveable!

Everybody thought it was fibergl***, just like the Punk. Ha Ha Ha

Doc, sorry you couldn't stay all weekend. It is probably for the best though, I wasn't behaving very well. ha ha ha

For ME, the coolest thing about the Finkosel project has been the fact that the progress has been so graciously shared with us. I have enjoyed watching with amazement, the progress over the past few years. To see it completed is awesome. I didn't make it to Detroit, but I thank you for posting the video. Well done guys........

Just got home. We left last Monday at noon with the Finkosel and pulled into Autorama on Thursday afternoon. 2000 miles and snow all the freakin way! But I gotta tell you. we couldnt have been treated nicer . Everyone from the show staff to the spectators made us feel like it was worth every minute of our time. If we hadnt built this machine we'd probably never get to see an Autorama,,, WHAT A SHOW for a bunch of maladjusted Montanans to see! . I really appreciated meeting each and every one of the Hamb gang. Denise , it goes without saying that your hospitality made us feel right at home. Thank you all. We wont ever forget the grand time we had!
