Looks good, but something looks different ..the points are gone(compare to the Hirohata Merc in prior post). Maybe sunk the gl*** (or lexan window?) and re-located the stainless? Just a guess, but it does look good.

Matt, you have done some nice chops...Usually if you see 4 Merc chops, at least 3 of them ****. All four of yours are perfect.

Beins this has kind of grown into a show us your chopped Mercs with 50 back windows thread, I'll post a shot of mine.

You have probably already seen em...if so pretend you are looking at something else.

By the way, no more updates out of me till I shoot some primer. (two more months minimum...)

Looks like yours is cut a little bit more.B-pillars layed over a bit more. The 49-50 rear quarters trail off rather quickly really changes the back of the car. Give the car more of a "fastback" look. Both are outstanding. Now you guys have me looking for another Merc....thanks ! :(

I think Bobs is 4" and 4"??? Mine is 4" and 5". I won't know if mine looks stupid till it is all together with shiny black paint, and by then, it will be too late.

Yes, teh gas door is going...

  22. Might be blasphemy, but I'm thinking about putting an external fuel door back on mine, I'd buy one from a HAMB'er.

Bob so your gl*** is 9 inches total in height? I'll measure mine tonite. If I can I will drag it out and take a side shot too, I'm curious as to how mine looks.

Shame on you Dave, I told you about that car a year ago! Ya lazy bastid! :)

That guy was a *****, no ***le, said he was rock solid on the price but couldnt tell me what rot it has. I told him I was out of state and would appreciate some sort of description but I guess that was out of the question. Good luck with it! Looks nice!
