Open house Bubbas in Indy next Sat ISRA

Bubbas Hot Rod Shop and ISRA (Indiana Street Rod ***ociation) will host the annual first car shop , open house and walking poker run next sat starting at 10:00.
Free food and door prizes with a walking shop tour of area fab shops etc.
We use this each year to kick off the season. Punk from Home Town Rods magazine will be there showing his latest magazine as well.
Dont miss this annual Indy event.
Indianapolis west side with first stop and visit at Linder Fuel injection, 4-D Gasoline Alley Indianapolis.
Easter egg hunt for the kids....

A ****ster siting? I do not believe it. Although the only ****ster siting I'm aware of in recent years WAS at Bubba's. You can do it Mr. York!

This is a fun time to be sure. Lots of talent on Gasoline Alley and lots of fun and great folks. I've got to get s***ches out of Larry's head at 11:15 (he's had a bit of bout with cancer) and then I'll be over to take Keith's ***le.

Hack baby! How ya been? It's 30G Gasoline Alley. You'll see Linder Technical services on the corner of Rockville and Gasoline Alley. Go past Linders and take the next left hand turn into the strip of shops. Go all the way to the back and turn left. Park and get out. Eat and have fun. It's easy.

 

The actual starting address is 4-D Gasoline Alley at Linder Fuel Injection. Big red roof building 2nd driveway on Gasoline Alley.

WOW, looks like we have some new stops for the poker walk this year.

1. Linder Fuel Injection Services (home of the Injector Wizzard)
2. DB Sprinters and Fabrication (Hemi Dodge Roadster)
3. Vans Metal Works ( Curtis Midgets Restoration services)
4. ACT ( Advanced Corrosion Tech) the rust guys
5. Steve Long Radiator ( Awesum racing radiators)
6. Nichols Hot Rods (Midget with V8 60 engine)
7. Mac Tool Truck ( tools and door prizes)
8. Bubbas Hot Rod shop (free hot dogs and moon pies)

Also "Punk" from home town hot rods magazine will be at the last stop.

Eight stops is the most we have ever had ( including losing a favorite stop this year). Will make Monzadudes all queen hand a bit tougher.

Note : Join ISRA at first stop to become eligilble for increased door prises as well.

I remember Linder Fuel Injection...I think I still have one of their water bottles from Tom's open house next door a few years ago. Don't remember exactly how to get to Gasoline Alley...but I don't recall that it was all that hard!

The only possible wrench in the works is Billetproff Florida...kinda wantin' to hit that party this weekend as well!

Guess I'll gas up the old 67 and see which direction it feels like going!!

 

I was going to come, until I was informed that it is Easter Weekend and also my Ol Lady's birthday. I missed it last year because I had to work. Oh well, maybe next time.

Shop is stocked for the m***es, check list is done, poker walk is staged ( eight stops) hot dogs are getting ready for a hot bath, woodford is in the deep freeze, cokes are ready, new supply of moon pies.
All we need is just a little bit of sunshine.
