Here in East San Diego County a new rod shop opened...hopefully he'll get some support and be able to make a go of it...East County Hot Rods opened about a month ago in El Cajon...stopped in last night and was impressed with their shop...has the usual goodies...I was just glad to have a place to go and shoot the s**t for awhile...has a decent amount of inventory and some nice pieces on display...he's having a car show this Saturday night at 6 pm...when I was a kid I loved going in there and listening to the old timers and picking their brains...hell I am almost an old timer myself...give him some support...by the way he opened a couple of doors down from one of my locations for my business and my wife didn't even tell me...what's up with that? Think she is trying to sabotage my habit?
Did a quick search, and it's not online. I don't know where your shop is, and wandering all around El Cajon on a Friday Afternoon without a clue is not a calming experience. Wanna give a hint? Location, hours, phone, website?
I can't find anything on it either and I live in El Cajon. I do know that Ken has a store near Magnolia and Bradley so I guess it's somewhere around the In-n-Out...
Super nice guys in there, theyll help you get what ever you need. Their website is not up yet but it will be at- www.echotrods.com Like sdrodder said..its in the In&Out Burger shopping center off the 67, exit Bradley.
Did anyone look at that URL before they decided to go with it? When I first saw it I wondered what does "echo" have to do with hot rods...
