Yikes! that's a lot of work. Have him buy this one:

it'll save him a TON of work. I also have a nice 53 Patrician available as a donor if he wants the big straight 8!

    Thanks

    Dave

I converted a nice 4 door mild custom Packard I originally built for a customer, into this Radical custom, chopped, converted to a 2 door (the wrong way....still has 4 door front doors) and other "bad stuff".
Last time I posted it I got a lecture from Dr J about whoring out my work.
Anyway, look for some things "not to do"!

Packard built a bunch of factory concepts in the early '50s that certainly were thought-provoking, here's one:

    Hey-ya Dave!

Yeah, I've seen that one. She's a beauty. The proportions are a little wierd with that long rear deck (you could picnic on that thing), but still a looker.

Here's the strangest Packard I've come across. Meet George Jetson.

This one is the Packard Predictor.
It's in the Studebaker National Museum in South Bend.

This car also includes a supercharged straight eight. It was a factory custom. The car itself has quite a history too.
