I have a large neon Mercury dealership sign from the early/mid 50's. I have no idea what it'd be worth but a local antique dealer wants it BAAAAADDDD.... The Fridgidaire sign in Chevygirls post reminded me that I know where a couple of them are laying! But I believe they are larger than that one pictured. Could just be a decieving picture though.
I cannot find a picture anywhere but in the 50's-60's there was a sign across main street in Greenville Tx.(east of Dallas) that read "THE BLACKEST LAND AND THE WHITEST PEOPLE".This was also on a billboard along the interstate. Can you imagine something like that today?? We have come a long ways.
Yes ,110, but when I fired it up my wife came out to see what I was doing to make everything in the house flicker
Kiwi Kev,you're the man...always some good stuff in your posts...this last sign is awesome.... watch out the neighbours then...cool stuff!

It was an old store in Rock Springs GA.
GREAT thread. Why the hell did we get away from cool neon signs, Drive In's, Diners, Car Dealers the way they used to look, Motels, etc......??? That stuff was so cool. Nothing new can compare.
Are you guys tolerating my non HAMB truck so far? Manly Jail Works, Dalton GA. Near Waleska GA. I found this Opaline enamel sign as well as several others in a barn a bud of mine bought.
