Anybody Get a Garage Magazine Yet ???

hey Dan how come Mike Zenor gets all the good jobs....and he has to fly out here from the midwest to do all that oiling...WTF dude...I can oil girls all day long and I wouldn't even charge much...or maybe I can apprentice with Mike (as long as he's still buying the beers!!)

I emailed you awhile ago, wondering if you have my correct address or not. Everytime I ask about the ETA of the new issue, either PM here or email, I get a very quick response, but as soon as I ask if you have my correct address or not the responses end. Hope this doesn't indicate that you guys don't know..
Just a quick yes or no, on the new address is what I'm looking for. Check your email march 21 from Justin Fry..
I just don't want to end up with the new issue out and you guys say you have my wrong address again...

Key word here is RUMOR! There was a thread that was titled "is Garage Magazine dead" or something like that. And people were saying all kinds of things. Even one guy said that Stoner got a job at GQ!! ha,ha. So Stoner is a man purse in or out this spring?

 

I am excited. April is here. sweet.

 

I am a victim of the Christmas gift subscription it seems. My brother-in-law bought it and said there was something screwed up the the forwarding address to me. He has tried to straighten it out with no luck.

Got one at the LSR. Well worth the wait. It's a great issue.

 

Stoner gave me a personal tour through the new issue on Friday, it was like "director's commentary" I forgot to steal one though. Looks good though!

 

They were handing them out at the Garage party last weekend in Austin. It has great articles and even better pics.

 

Hopefully I'll see the last issue of my subscription if they have been shipped out?

 

I believe this guy's delivering them as we speak...

 

I saw one in the front seat of a sweet Merc at the Roundup.

.deja vu.. Sorry to hear about the run around that all have had with Garage. I stopped subscribing to any magazine for that they would come all fucked up in the mail. Therefore, I hand picked mine at the newstand. KNUX!

 

Hey, y'all--

Yup--we had the new issue shipped directly from the press to Austin for the party –*so WE saw it for the first time there, too!

The subscriber copies are starting to ship this week, but since we changed to a new printer, we had to get them familiarized with our mailing list (subscribers) and there's a chance you might see it on the stands before you see it in your mailbox...THIS TIME ONLY.

I just talked to the new press and they had a few mixups on how the paper mailing label glued to the plastic mailing sleeve had to be laid out for the USPS to recognize it. We got that cleared up, but it took a day or two before we got the USPS in Denver to talk to the USPS in San Francisco and relay the new info back to the press in Denver. Not making excuses, but I want you to know a little bit about what we go through to get an issue in the mail under the USPS "Periodicals" mailing status when we change presses (and the state from which an issue mails). It's a mess, I'm here to tell you...

Rest assured that we're getting a handle on the subscriber problems. But, I'll say it again:
