They could have done a little bit better on the grill shell too...and the color is a little light. I guess it's ok for a die cast.

I wish that I would have met you just to tell ya in person how cool your stuff is...
No I didn't take anything. I haven't built anything in scale for a while.
The last few that I built were the cartoon type stuff. Snap draggin,Deals Wheels modified of course though.
Maybe next year for the open wheel, fins theme.

I might make it there, i think my father wanted to go with me. I need to work it in my scheadule though, gonna be close! IF im there..just look for a skinny dude with long brown hair, with his hippy dad by his side. I really want to hit up the vendors, been saying that the past 3 years.

61falconwagon inspired me to join in to the Sunday model stuff. I'm a Sunday models lurker until now.
I started the Nova way back when the 66 Nova kit first came out. Got bored with all of the detail and it just sits now.
I modified a couple 1/43 resin kits (Ford woody)just to bug a bone stock purist that was in a local model club.
I found the cartoon stuff to be a blast to modify and build. The Roarin' Rail is supossed to be doin' a wheelie. I unwheelied it and have an idea to build a push car for it.
My camera batteries died before I got pics of the 34 coupe kit that was built to help me deside on colors for my 1:1 coupe. Next week I'll have that up.

Yes they have a large vendor area actually.

I think replica and miniatures of Maryland will be there:D:cool:

Which means lotsa traditional resin hot rod items. But lots of folks setup there, its the best place to grab deals. (any model show)

Great models you guys, I wish there was a scale traditional hot rodding section here. I've just started Revell's '32 roadster kit, sadly building it without fenders is not an option, but I think it'll still look great when it's done.

Is anyone going to the IPMS show at Lakeland CC this weekend?
