Well, they're not quite done. But, I think they look pretty decent. :)

The finish on the bodies is Alodine. It gives a bit of a greenish gold sheen. Not quite the OEM chromate finish look. I still need to decide how I want to run the fuel line. The two banjo fittings work nicely in tight fit areas, but I'll have to use a short section of rubber fuel line to connect them to the main feed. I sort of wanted to use all hard line for the looks. :(

The air cleaners still need quite a bit of work! :D I think they're Almquist. Does anyone know for sure?

Hopefully, I'll get the whole thing on the car soon! Then the real fun of tuning them will begin!

Awesome towering infernos! Twice the fire, twice the fun!

Seriously, they look great. Should be a good looking and running Y block

AHHHHH!!! That's nice; I want one for my 292! ;)

Can you give us some details about that setup? I see you have the Holley teapots on there... What intake manifold is that?

    It's a 257 Edelbrock with twin '56 Mercury Holley 4000's. Kind of a poboy set-up when compared to a true factory E-code! :D

    Nice! Whats it going into?

I can't tell, but are you using copper line for your hardlines?

It'll be going on a 292 in my '55 Mercury.

No, those copper lines are the air lines for the chokes. I'm not real happy with the way they turned out. The bends needed to be tight and there was a little bit of collapse. I may get some Cerrobend alloy and try bending tubes with it. It should give some better looking bends! :D

I have some steel line for fabing up the main fuel line. Though, I will have to use some rubber line to connect up to the banjo fittings on the back of each carburetor. I guess a little flex in the lines can't hurt. :)
