Great to hear from you and thanks for serving the United States of America! I visited Tn. a couple of months ago-a great place. Keep your head down and keep those steaks grilling. I'll hoist one for you tonight.
Roger my man it gets way too hot to have hair here. Besides it'll grow back. 120f in the kitchen today.
It's great to hear you're doing good. As for my steak, I like mine medium rare & do you deliever???....joe
Zeke, thanks for the service, seems like your doin just fine. Paperdog stole my thunder, sure looks like camel to me.
Congrats on the promotion. From experience, I know the guys really appreciate a guy who can manage to make a meal more than just another meal in places like that. I was one of the guys doing the appreciating. Do they still ship those untreated Hickory tent stakes to the units? Our #1 freeze dried steak griller figured out that they do better cooking a steak than being driven in ground that is too hard for them.
Good to see that your still on the job keeping our troups welll fed so they can do their job. Also good to hear that your efforts are paying dividends on the front with less violence and increasing the chance all of you can come home soon. I'm not a drinking mand but if I our paths ever cross I'll buy you all you can drink and you can have my share to take home. Stay safe and come home soon. Frank
Looks like the BBQ is at your house when you get home and I'm hungry.......... keep safe and god speed.
Had a guy in my unit run one of those stakes through the meat of his hand as he was holding it for someone to pound in.......ouch
Hey Zeke, good to hear from you and know that all is well. Take good care of those boy`s and yourself and thanks again!! See ya at HAMB drags "09"-Tony
Zeke, If you ever get to northwest Ohio/north of Wright Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton it would be an honor & a pleasure to buy you a beer & burn a steak for you on my backyard deck !!! Be safe bro, Bill
Now, I can't say I agree with the war. What I do agree with? STEAK! Make sure our boys come home (full)! Sure sounds like a better job than some. (The secret is, I've been a veg for about three years.. I HATE IT.)
