Looks like we need to do some communicating... I'll talk to billetproof.

  6. HRR. That's where I'll be.

oops - I thought HRR stood for "hot Rod Reunion" in Bakersfield...that's in October.

nevermind then. hope it all works out fellas.

Same day would certainly suck, but they are two very different kinds of shows.

Hopefully, we can work something out.

Billetproof has been on the third Saturday of September for the past 8 years.

    That would be pretty lame.

If I'm choosing it'll be HRR 'cause I have family to visit nearby and I've never been.

    But I'd rather not choose.

Yeah, so last year they were on the 15th... which I guess was technically the third weekend and we were on the 22nd...

Shit happens. I bet we can get it worked out.

there's no reason they can't both be on the same weekend, one show Saturday and the other show Sunday.
the Asphalt Invitational and the Strangers BBQ are the same weekend in July,it makes it easier for people coming from out of the area to justify the trip if they can go to 2 car shows.

That would be the way to go. Even organize a cruise from Antioch to HRR on Sunday morning - reliability run style.

Yeah, now we are talking, Socal guys can justify driving to the Bay area for two shows, no more excuses for us.

If you do move it, I'd bet Alan and you could work something out to promote the shit out of it at Billetproof.

How about a custom-built 45' archway neon billboard (with motion screen) at the entrance to BP?
