Look at the top of this page and see the word "Members" in red. Click on that Look to the right and see the words "search members" in the black bar? Click on that Hit Advanced Search Now type in OHIO in the location field. You can also type in just OH and get fewer finds

Here in Greater Cincinnati something like that would run 3-400k, at least in my neck of the woods! The farther away from a city, the cheaper the land...
If you find a place for that price see if there is another one close by, Im in Indiana now land of taxes but was originally from Ohio.
ah.. That's pretty sweet but way to big for a single guy... I'd spend half the time keeping up on everything! I am looking forward to moving as I am getting sick of Pittsburgh.

Dude, you're kidding right? 100k in the youngstown/warren area will get you an entire block. Seriously, 40k will get you a 50 year old home on acres with a shop in the back. When I last lived in the area 10 years ago (Poland suburb, south of youngstown and warren), I was in a two home lot on 7 acres for less than 80k. 6 car pole barn garage too.
I am in NW OH, Defiance area. Where is the Warren area, is that near Youngstown? I have a place with just under 3 acres 3 large buildings and a house but I paid more then 100K. For what your looking for it will probibly be a old farm house that needs updating to get near $100k. If you click on the top myspace link below and look at my pictures there are a couple pics of the house and buildings.
I live near Canton, just a little ways south. And since we are on the subject, houses are REAL cheap around here. How about a early 1900s with updates (but including original woodwork unpainted) 3 bedroom/2 bath for $27K? People just can't swing it anymore. There are LOTS of deals to be had. As they say, this is a buyer's market!
If you want to stay in Pittsburgh I have a house you can buy. It is big, has a 3 car garage with a 2nd story. It is in the North Varsailes area.
