Are any of you guys and gals going to GoodGuys out at IRP? Just curious, maybe can hook up and down a couple brews!!! Also I might like to ask a favor of a Baltimore local!!!!
If you're doing Good Guys Indy, you'll want to plan on doing Bubba's Friday night and Culbertson's Saturday night... that part is more fun than the Good Guys event IMO.
It is a cant miss for me each year. Allot people are down on this show but for me I look forward to it every year. The vintage drags, tons of cars and friends that I have made over the last the last 15 years that I may only see at this show has made it a great tradition. It starts on Wednsday for me at the Greeks in Jamestown, Registration and the party at Godspeed this year on Thursday, Bubba's Friday night, Cruising the hotels Saturday night. A full weekend!
Can I then hope to meet the famous cookie lady???? I'll be there(not with my Olds) with my buddy that has a 61 Vette race car. It's black and bad as **** (low 9's, pump gas and street driven). We'll be stayin back in the pits for the weekend(got an RV). Don't know where we'll be, but all you Hambers stop by!!!!!
My daughter and I have been there every year. Plan on crewing for a Super Stock Hemi Cornet (low 9's also) this year. I've had a good time every year, rain or shine. I met the award winning Sedanman there last year but didn't get an autograph.
I'll be there on Friday only with the kids in tow. Not sure if I'll drive the wifes convertible or not....the kids don't like sitting in the back with the top down on the 3 hour drive
I plan on bringing the Atomic Punk there and seeing if the a/c will keep up. Ha Ha Ha Tracy, it is funny how all the people that are down on goodguys always seem to show up there anyway. ha ha ha I always have a great time there. 40 bucks is cheap for 3 days of fun in my opinion. Hell that ain't even what a tank of gas costs these days.
It's practically in my backyard... I'll be going! Culbertson's & Bubba's definately make for and awsome weekend.

I'll be rolling into town about 9pm on Thursday night. Will the "party" still be going on? I plan on hitting Bubba's on Friday and Tom's on Saturday nights. HAMB Meet & Greet in the Suade and Chrome area on Friday and Sat afteroon?

Hot damn, that is the weekend my cousin is getting married and we'll be down there in the coupe even! I'll see if I can talk my wife into going after the wedding. Thoms is on Thursday night at Godspeed, Bubbas is having our open house party Friday night and Culbertsons is having theirs on Saturday night.
Last year was my first for Indy. Was agood time even though we didn't hit any of the "hot spots" you guys are talking about. This year might be different and I will try to be more social. Not much of a drinker though is there good stuff to check out for those of us who don't down the happy juice?
Absolutely. All of the above mentioned will be a good time regardless of whether you partake in the "happy juice" or not.

definetely. take it from someone who doesn`t drink at all-ever, you can not miss these other events. i had a great time at all of them last year.

I usually don't go over until Friday morning but maybe I will head out Thursday night to hit the Godspeed party. I am not much of a drinker either but I always have a good time.
I had plans for God's Speed & the Culbertson's, but was just gonna be drinking in the Adams Mark Lot close to the room Friday night. Might have to change the plans. Sunday is the New Monday, in trade for a Friday that weekend, so Ill be headed North in the Wagon after the Road Rockets thing.
