That's fantastic! Thanks for sharing that. Now, somebody get busy and build a 1929 roadster on duece rails with a fully functional flatty and twin 97s on an Offy through a Lasalle box into a quick-change, runnin' by-plys and steelys, 1948 style... (or...something like that.) I'll try to put something up later. (not as described above tho.)
Almost finished with the truck. Nice work zed on those flames, look scale to, ive seen alot and there practicly 1:1 flames on a model..not cool!
For those of you who remember Top Gas Eliminator.... When I got back into modeling, my first project was chopping up a couple rear engined Garlits kits, to build one of my favorite types of '60s cars. The twins that ran that cl*** were unlike the look and sound of anything else. Excuse some of the crudeness. It took a couple projects before I got after the small details.
Here's my '57 Ford, made it to look like an old Swedish custom. I'm not as good as many other builders but give it a try...
Nothing ! just flames ! it's still ugly under the flames ! Thank you Omega ! i had a hard time trying to keep them in scale ! size DOES matter !

Love the incredible detail this guy uses! Amazing!!!!! He should write a "how-to" book on his techniques.
Man, thats too much! I enjoyed the stroll thru your junkyard . The broken fibergl*** on the new vettes is wonderful.and that Moody Blues Nights in White Satin was a perfect choice for a song, sent chills up my spine. Makes me want to learn how to weather !
I can't believe that somebody would just let those models sit there and rust like that, I hope somebody saves them.
Incredible stuff guys. How about a "weathering technique how-to" on a future Sunday? Maybe some of you pro builders would like to share a few trade secrets?
