Good news: 2x4 vertical curves (2" wide, 4" tall) are on the shelf! 90 degrees each, made from 3/16" mild steel, 8" outside radius. Lines are laser scribed on each flat plate to indicate 30*, 45* and 60*. Tabs let you clamp the plates corner to corner.

Better news: we're going to re-issue the special offer for the new 2x4 curves as we did for the 2x3 curves.

From now through to the end of August '08, instead of the regular $48/curve, we're offering them for $40/each. If you've been so kind and joined the HAMB Alliance, you'll save 10% on top of the special price!

    Retail: $48
    'Til Aug. 31/08: $40
Alliance members 'til Aug.31/08: $36/ curve!

    Thanks!
    DW Horton

Here are a few tricks you can play with the curves...

These came out of a conversation with another HAMBer... think front crossmembers, rear crossmembers, etc. Depending on the length of the straight pieces, you can make the rails as wide as you need them to be.

Thanks for all the positive comments at Louisville! We didn't win the new product award, but the exposure and feedback was terrific.

Think I might have to hate you....my A frame and K-member are finished, and now that I see this, it might need to be cut out and re-done to look really nice. Thanks, ***-hat!
Great product by the way, really inventive and intuitive on your part. Making really custom stuff just got a little easier.

I'm sure your frame looks great, splinter. Let me know if you want to re-do it, ok? Maybe we should include hacksaw blades with these :)
