hi Folks.. don't stop in here NEAR as much as I should...
Still plugging along on my Studebaker pickup street rod...
Curious who from the great Atlanta (or any area) will be coming to the Good Guys show in June (13-15)

Does Brad still have his deal going at Lanier Speedway each month. I need to get over there and visit on day... You local folks still go..
Maybe we can all set up a cook-out one week.

opps... too many questions for one post... LOL

Of course I still have it going! First Sunday every month, rain or shine. Two-day show in July and the November Season Ender. Then it's off for the winter, firing back up with a two-day show the first in March.

well.. thats way up there.. and this is right here in our back yard (for those of us that live in the area)
I'm Still working on my Studebaker street Rod... Good Guys is always a good place to meet n greet and see how other folks have done their cars.
Also nice to get a discount on parts, and save on shipping.

If you're coming a day or two early I'd love to see your "may cause dangerous" ride. I know I'll be workin the entire weekend of the show.

I am still undecided about going. I don't want to put my car in the show and was wondering how the parking lot was outside the show area? Are there more "HAMB friendly" cars outside the show area than inside?

chazzin told me this past Saturday when we were talking about the show that it looked better on the HAMB than it did at the show...

I ***ume it'l be set up (and operate) just like the one at Lowes last year
At that one... all the cars were INside... I can't recall seeing ANY cars you could see OUTside, (except when they were driving and going to the entrances to get inside to park.)

  17. Same weekend as the Hot Rod Reunion in Bowling Green,,,,,Sorry I wont be able to make it. Ill be in Kentucky for sure!!!! ETHER

Not sure if we'll go Friday or Saturday...
I figure less 'crowds' on Friday,.. so I am leaning that way...
I'd like to see as many cars as possible... but the vendors will love me. I'm more looking for stuff to help finish my street rod.

OK.. Good Guys is ONLY 4 days away...
Maybe we can firm up who'll be there... what days, etc. Maybe we can run into each other, etc. Figure out what we'll be wearing so we'll know who to look for or something
I'm looking at going Friday.... 40% chance of rain... that'll keep it cooler. These 95 degree days have been rough, plus my dad is going and he's 80, so that'll help him.
