Here are some pictures i Have. Some very nice cars are on here. I included one of my cadillac because it is a future tail drager. This spring i am going to lower it, and put on the stock fender skirts.

Wow, best 39 I have ever seen.

It doesn't look chopped from the front, are the c pillars slanted? and lengthened? maybe?

    LOVE IT!

This Dodge is bad ass. I just got one it's in sad shape but I going to build it for my self. I just need to get a little more caught and I can start on it. Scott

Yeah, it is. I found the photo on here. It was already a custom with a very nice top chop. I lengthened the top and sectioned the body about 5" in the front and 9" in the back.

Maybe its me,I don't know. But they are called taildraggers for a reason. The front end is high and the ass end is sittin on the ground.Or a reverse rake.

Most of the cars I see here are either lowered all the way around or your basic lowrider.

  25. Ah, ok. that's Hudson Joe's car. I get it now...

Many years ago Håkan Andersson built this 47 Mercury coupe for himself.
It was never really finished as he had intended it (time)

He sold the car and the new owner put some more work into it... new tailights ...

Eventually it was painted light metallic green and the side trim was shortened !!!???

Then the car was sold again and this time it was bought by Dick Arvidsson, who had much better plans for it. Basicly the same plans that Håkan had in hte beginning. In fact he let Hakan perform all the body work, including the wonderful Olds Grille...

At this point the owner was still looking for some replacement rear quarter side trim. I believe it was later decided to use 47 Ford side trim, since the Merc trim was impossible to find...

Lots and lots of final body prep and sanding...

    trip to the painter...

and the last photo I have... I will post more as soon as the car is painted...
