    Looks like a great time.
I've been looking for this post. I don't want to get in trouble, like I did for missing the last one...:) (see...a... smiley face)

  4. Thanks for the story. The little restaurant where you stopped first and needed to fix the shifter is about 5 miles down the road from me.

Thank you Denise, Megan for another wonderful time. The Rust Revial was one of the best places to meet old friends, meet new friends, share stories, and make new ones. Your pictures and dialogue more than instill what it is to be a H.A.M.B'er and attend these get togethers.

I had P.M'd. and talked with Breeder many times prior, and let him know I'd be there come Hell or high water, (And as I speak the stream behind my house is flowing over the banks)

A large thank you for all I met, and a appology for all that I saw but didn't get a chance to say hello to.

For me and the Lil" HellRaiser the H.A.M.B. has been able to let an old man and his daughter bond as probably no other venture could.

A large thank you also goes out to Ryan for establishing the Jalopy Journal and the H.A.M.B., for with out Ryan, so much of this would not be possible over the years.

Memories and good friends last a life time.

    Thank you everyone.

It was great hanging out with you gals! Glad you enjoyed your stay at Bubba's and our cruise over to the Rust Revival. Great show and great people in a great location. It's hard to find a show that get's all three right and the Kropdusters did it.

Great story, pictures and video. You pretty much caught the mood of the whole weekend. I think it was amazing that all those like minded folks were together with absolutly no drama or trouble, just a good time. I still can't believe Uncle Johns daughter jumped all over that roadster the way she did, guess she's more like her Dad than I thought. ( Re-Match, HAMB Drags )
Really glad I finally got to meet Megan, you and her are too much fun. Looks like we'll all be doing it again in Des Moines in a few weeks.
Good to hear everyone made it back safe with only a few having some mechanical problems.
Shana, Breeder and the rest of the Kropdusters, Well Done !!!!
"09" is gonna rock. See Ya, Gary

Seriously, if you've never met Meghan or Denise, you just want to hug both of them.

Denise and Meghan, you guys have the best write-ups!!!!

I saw some one that resembled breeder, he kept walking back and forth past us two-fistin' beers and he couldn't figure out where he was going or doing. It was like deer in headlights in downtown Wayland.

"We both looked at each other and laughed and Megan said why not. I caught up to him, she flashed him, we got a loud blow of his horn, then fell back in line. I was too busy driving to snap a photo."

    Damn the luck!!!!

Thanks for the great coverage ( or lack of? ) of Rust Revival.
IT was tough to miss the show but my wife and I were glad to spend time with our oldest daughter befor she gets redeployed this month ( hopefully ), and see the our son in Atlanta.
The Good news is when our oldest daughter get out she is moving to Austin Tx, sound like a good reason to go the the roundup????

As usual you 2 do a great job on the coverage. Someone posted on a thread that I started asking where all the cars were. If you have to ask then you don't understand. It's about the people, the cars just get them there. We are all lucky to have a group of people that are like family. I can't wait to see you all again!! Keith

Ain't that the truth. It was good hooking up with you again Keith and your Mrs.

Breeder and I are cooking up something else for around the middle of September. Not as extravagant as the R.R. But it would be a good gathering for some more good laid back times.

I have to agree wholeheartedly....the weekend felt more like a family reunion as opposed to a car show.

I shouldn't of let Tess see the picture of the girls kissing me. She don't get mad often but she is right now.:(:(:mad:. Guess I'm lucky she don't know I like pancakes too.:D.
