Did you see the time of Frank's post? Wasn't that WAY past bedtime? Maybe he should sleep on it and check back in the morning.

All I can say is, our power is out, our generator is running. I'm gassing her up and hitting the road! See you all in a few hours. Pink street rod or not!

 

What time is the Meet & Greet?

 

Only have had one "HOT ROD" running, the rest are backup parts. The pink 'street rod" is the wifes and I'm not allowed near it. I still do have a functional lawn chair so all is not lost.

Good to hear about the lawn chair, Frank. We could bring you a spare if needed! You know, for parts!

 

Frank's wife just told me that she is driving the pink "street rod" to a car show today so Frank can't take it. She HER car is actually running

 

Well, it looks like I go as a spectator, that evil, demon-posessed rod just blew another (new) wheel cylinder. Almost rear ended my buddy's 32 last summer when a rr puked, I'm getting to hate these 40 brakes.
Seeya there anyway.

 

It felt wierd without a meet and greet. Good to see so many anyway!

 

Glad we waited for you guys...thanks for the phone call... o wait, that's right, I didn't get any phone calls that you weren't joining us.

 

Had a great time and the Blazer ran flawlessly. Maybe I should be taking in more Goodguys events.

Frank, saw you a few times, didn't get a chance to talk to you. Were you the brakes on Fuel Pumps car when you were driving by with your foot out the door?

 

I told Frank I would give him a ride out to his Blazer but I wouldn't stop so he was preparing to jump and roll. Luckly for Frank my street rod stalled just as i got to his Blazer so he didn't have to jump
