Yes, we forgot to mention the track crew reunion.... if you want to do it right, why not have the guys that were there the first time....

It's going to be a blast, and we strongly encourage anybody that may be riding the fence to hop on down and join in the meyham!

Jeg's on Main st. in Reynoldsburg is the local hot rod/muscle car hangout starting around 7:30 until....

 

I'm sure the campgrounds next-door to the track will have some hot rodders there on friday. You might look into that.

The track does have an event running friday night (Rock Street Fights- NHRA Street Legal). But two days at the track might be too much for some.

Looks like we might get a few showers friday and saturday. (pray that they pass by) We'll be running the track as long as it's safe and will try to keep on top of it with drying and clean-up. National Trail Raceway is a professional track that knows what it's doing. It will make sure that things are handled quickly and correctly so that everybody has a great time. It'll be a blast no matter what.

I have 4 other guys from the club that are for sure running up out of Ky with me and then a few more that are up in the Dayton OH area that are going to meet us there.

hope that you guys have good conditions for this as i hear that were supposed to get rain and that sucks cause i wanted to work on the car

 

we'll have fun no matter what... besides a little rain makes for easy smokey burn-outs.

The bands will be playing through, there will be beer, and we will shuffle some events if the track needs to dry a bit.

It's only a 50% chance of precipitation. So in true road devil fashion, we'll push our luck and play the odds.

Maybe you fellas further west can line up your rides and blow the clouds past us so it's all gone by saturday....

 

Good luck tomorrow fellas...I'll be there in spirit.

We'll be there rain or shine no matter how smart that is. Spent a couple of weekends in Indy watching it down pour. I guess it's time to go east for once.

We'll be drying the track if we get some rain and will be running the hell out of the strip as long as it's safe. There's plenty of other things to do and see at this show and a little bit of rain (if it even has the balls to show) ain't gonna stop it.

Besides, I don't think I've ever heard of rain ruining some good beer drinking and bench racing.

Holy crap,,,,its in a few hours!

 

Had a great time even though the rain sucked,I was wanting to bring a nicer ride but took my all weather more door. I did not think I was going to make it back as it was cutting out real bad over 1500 RPMs but it made it to my driveway and I am drinking a beer or maybe two to calm me down as I was worried about having to walk a bunch. Jeff

 

We'd like to thank everybody that came out and weathered the storms with us for some fun on the track. It seemed like everybody had a good time despite the uncooperative weather.
