Ok ,I tried putting them all up in one post but am limited to 20 each post so I will start copying them again!!! Ugh!!! Oh well, it was one heck of a show and way to many cars and people to take pictures of. We had a BLAST!!!!!

You managed to cover many of the cars I missed as I darted in and out of shade, trying to keep from getting fried. To no avail. I got up to shave this morning and my face is RED! The tops of my ears (missed with sunscreen) are crispy. You can see where the sunscreen rubbed off on my shirt collar, and parts of my neck got fried as well. Ouchy. I fished the aloe out of the fridge and smeared it all over the worst parts. I'll medicate it with some beer this evening if it is still tender. What a show!!! It was so worth the drive.

They printed up 550 tags for your windshield and and thought we'd never make that amount. They lost count after that. I believe the guy anouncing this info said that it was a record breaker for any opening first annual Billetproof . Lets here it for the Rainy North West!!!

 

Man I met so many people on this site, it was insane!!!
Lots of Canadians made it down for this and I have to say "Thats dedication". It was great meeting up with your group also.

 

Since I didnt have the Whippet done and wont be ready for a while, the RV came in as a lifesaver. We hit it 3 or 4 times just to cool down with the AC blowing and have some cool refreshments. Crushed icey blended drinks were a very welcome site. Having a blender on a 95+ degree day is just what the doctor ordered!!!!!

 

Its a Pentax Optio MX. In Camera years its a Dinasaur. Its about 6 years old and only has 3.2 megapixels but I only shoot at about 1.4 meg per picture anyway and dont blow pictures up. It does great with 10X optical and 10X digital which is killer for a very small camera. I bought one and after dropping it about 100 times, I bought another on Ebay for $150 about 4 years ago. Nice little camera. Sort of slow to refresh ( about 2 seconds)but still takes great pictures.

Oh yes I did!!! LOL!!! We went into town and hung out with some guys and gals at the Motel *** for a while, actually till about 1:45 AM. By that time you guys were pretty much all counting sheep with your rubber boots on. Oh and who the hell was that loud snorer!!! Our RV vibrated back and forth from you guys about 2 ft !! Kidding, I didnt hear a thing after about 2:30 AM except for the train. Then everyone waking up at 5:30-6:00 from the sunrise being so bright. LOL
