i think ya knew the answer before ya asked the question..
but heres my opinion..... no lake pipes. no dummy spots unless yer really dead set on 'em.
here's a thought ....only one functional spot.....it'll require more work, but i think you can handle it.

or just leave it as is.

there is not a car built that has lakes pipes and dummy spots that would not look better without them.

now real spots... that's another story.

my favorite annoying thing is dummy spots mounted to the hood.

 

Needs to be nosed and handles removed first. Then it will add to the ride.

A real spot I would say yes to. It would fit with the lettering but it would need to
be a little worn and not bright and brand new chrome.

 

looks good the way it is , but pipes would look good , no on the spots but everyone has an opinion lol
