Cool, when are you gonna bring that engine over?? You will need to bring a hoist, also.

Well...................you could always put something ontop of the flattie to really wake it up!
Then you wouldn't have to worry about those other motors with "valve covers".

Here is a little picture that I use to keep me motivated. A little pic getting stuck in the yard of the famous customizer... Gary Howard on the trip to Austin for the Round Up.......

    What memories.......

I will try to start to keep the pictures coming as this progresses.

I am not going to reinvent the hot rod ... just clean up an old jalopy and put in a little more "motor"

You and Jay need to get busy! The drags are just around the corner. Sounds like you guys will be a race to watch again. :)

Damn, that would be bad ***. But I think that little blower is out of my price range and I would have an unfair advantage on Nosurf. We should be a close race.

Kerry, I think I should be able to make it.... if all the parts are available.

I think it is ok if I show up unprepaired, it would be ok if Jay takes the victory this time , he is due.

Here is some of the carnage, nothing too bad , just bearings down to copper, and the crank almost 7 thou under. Time for a rebuild.
