  1. I know I said it about a hundred times this weekend, but.......CONGRATS brotha! The Can-O-Worms has been opened for all to see.

glad to see you got it on the road, i remember when i first got my 32 coupe on the road, it was missing the pass side door bottom about 8" up, no cowl patches etc etc, but man it drove.

    good job

  4. Josh,
Nice job on the coupe, it looks and sounds killer. Try not to blow it up before Labor Day, I want to give it a good look over at Dixie Fried.

  10. Thanks DAD.

Everyone - This is my Pop "LLDCCP" - Its all his fault!!! :D

Could you ask for a better Dad - one that brings you a 5w on Christmas EVE???

See if you can rag him into doing an introduction,

He was doing red wheels with byas ply white walls back in 1988. He knew where it was at!!! I thought he was nuts to take off those kick ass 12" wide champions on the chrome baskets.

There'll be some memorable days in the ol' hot rod, but that first time out will always stand out!! Congats an' hammer down!!!!!

Wow man! Congratulations are in order all around then. Lots of new additions to your family then. Kids & cars alike. We will miss ya this year, but maybe next year. Keep up the good work!

  22. Congrats, but don't let the '46 get lonely... they don't like it.

  23. Congratulations brotherman, the last $200 deuce is on the road. I wish I coulda been there to see the inaugural run, but I'll hafta wait a few more weeks and see it at Dixie Fried.

I know!! you can just leave the 46 here at the shop and come by a couple times a week
and fill it up with gas, that way it won't feel left out.

Hey LLDCCP, about time you came around...

Tudor, when you get it broke in, I want to see a good bias ply burn out...

  26. :D RIGHT BOONES! Dropped off the radiator today. I hope the guy feels better tomorrow. Said he had a colonosxopy today and wasn't going to do much so I just left it with him.
I am really bummed. I would have loved to go for a ride today.

Joe Varbles! that'll be fine if you promise to work on the rockers :D

Thanks 4t6, Big A, and DW - yes Mokan 09 would be awesome. I'd love to follow Flamed A bone out there again.

Damn fine - just kept switchin' back and forth between the 2 videos shot from the fence for the last 5 minutes - yeeha!!

  29. Hey man! I watch them a couple times when I got home too. Thanks. More better movies to come when I bump up the rece limiter.

I saw the full picture of your old car in your avatar again on another post. The doors are so similar to mine. Didn't we conclude that I don't have your old car? I forget what we decided was different. That picture has a spooky similarity for sure with the color and the doors.

Yeah, it's real familiar but I don't think it's the same - or a lot was changed if it is the one. Gonna have to get a look up close and personal.
