Well my buddy got himself a cool old 1932 Tudor. It's like a time warp with the condition of the car. The old owner had her for 40 plus years and never really drove her. The last owner didn't drive her much as well and has all original interior except the front rubber matt. The outside paint is from the 1960's and touch up here and there or so and all original paint else were.

Please tell me you're gonna leave it as is and drive it like that! You'll have block-long lineups of guys chasing you all over with bags of money.

Is there any end in sight of these sleeping beauties? IMHO...all the old timers whom had them , have either dropped off the planet or are too old to play with them. How many true "classics" do you see at car shows anymore? Thanks for posting. I agree with The Pope, leave it as is.

Yeah, you hardly ever see the gennies around much anymore, like stated above, it seems the guys that were REALLY into them are getting too old to tkae them out, I'm betting many more will be coming out of the woodwork in the next 4-5 years. I wonder what is going to happen to the value of the stock ones. Will younger guys want them and appreciate them? Or will they all get cut up and rodded? I just saw a guy that looked to be in his late 80's cruising down 159th st in Oak Forest Monday afternoon in a nice gennie model A tudor and was wondering about the fate of these cars.

That thing needs loads of billet, some 22" billet wheels, and blue neon lights underneath it.

That sounds about right. They're not making any more of these.
