He's the one that invited me ......and from the rumor I heard, there might be a party on that Saturday night as well as breakie the next monring.

 

Who's this Brett guy? Is he the one that drives 100 miles to catch a flight, a day early?!

TRuss when did you show up @ Dixie Fried? I was there from Sat @ 2:00pm till Sun. about the same time, sorry I missed you. I was pretty much around the S.F.C.C. group the whole time!

Bingo! You win the prize. I'll hang out with Brett and everyone for the weekend in the Atlanta area then Sunday or Monday head into Florida with Brett and his family a day or so behnd me. OR I'll just hang out in Atlanta longer and we'll all cruz together to Daytona. Are you going to attend the TRR?

 

The weekend before TRR is the Moltrie Swap, kinda big around here.

 

Im going to try and make it. Randy has to work sat night sunday morning but Ill give him a shout. Im trying to get this 34 ford tudor done so it all depends on how much midnight oil I burn tonight. Mercs running and I am literally forcing myself to work on this customers car. Thanks for getting ahold of me, just been real busy on these two builds and work. DOM I would really like to see how the roadster is working out and see what the dash in it looks like after I tried to get it to fit in there. Anyway, the sooner I get some of these projects off the list, the sooner I can help out Josh with the CAN_O_WORMS. Hope to see you there ETHER

I suggest we hang out outside till most if not all people are there, as there's not much in the way of a lobby or anything inside before you hit the serving line where you get your tray and order your drink, eggs other than scrambled (on the bar), and pay. Then we can go back and sit down. The weather tomorrow is supposed to be OK. I'll be in a blue Lincoln MKVIII. I'll try to get there a little early and park towards the back of the parking lot where there should be room for all of us to park.
Western Sizzlin is on the East side of the street just South of the WalMart which is across the street on the West side. There's a turn through the median just South of the restaurant.
Chad, hope you (and Randy) can make it Ain't that often we get this crowd this far South!

LMAO Dave vs. buffet.....yeah, they're loosin' money on that deal!!! Go get 'em Dave... Wish I could make down, I'm actually off this Sunday. BUT, gonna work in the shop and enjoy bein' home. Gotta get the '34 truck in the road, the roadster is not exactly a winter ride. Gonna make it to some o' these soon, kinda gettin' caught up. Give Griffin a day to remember.......well, at least the Western Sizzlin'!! Ol' TP.

 

Tim - you mentioned a North Ga Back Roads drive sometime in the fall. Keep that idea in your head. I bet a bunch of us would like to do that - I would.

 

Dave and I have talked about that too...meet for breakfast or just meet up early, drive into the mountains, have lunch, and drive back home. Would make an awesome day.

Sounds perfect for Sunday Nov 23rd

 

I was there all weekend Dirty Old Man. I met the SFCC guys and spoke with them for a few minutes sometime Saturday afternoon. Then I had my run in with the Hitler Youth a right after that. So I stayed away from the show area for the rest of the weekend. I had a good time drinking, cooking (food and myself) and eating though.
