  2. This one's for sale in Ventura County, CA. It's along HWY 126 just east of Fillmore. The door sign says "Associates Insectary, Santa Paula". I searched and found their web site: (http://www.associatesinsectary.com/)

    Thanks,
    Kurt

Looks like a k-5 to k-7 International Cab over 1941-1944 there where only about 2500 of the cab overs from K-5 to K-8 produced those years. That looks to be a K-5 or K-7 since K-8's had air vents on both sides of the grill.

The top one was my buddy Geens 39 dodge that had a ton of work done to it from chop and channel to it being thrown onto a p30 chassis. It was about 85% percent completed when he had to sell it on ebay. The two bottom pics are of the same truck just when he sold it and when the new owner made it his own.

  15. I hadn't noticed that- that is cool. The only grabbing will be grabbing pictures. It would be fun to have one, and I'd try to keep it with stock(ish) running gear. I appreciate the stocker COEs more than most of the rodded ones.

    Thanks,
    Kurt

I had a 37 International COE and the doors were like the 41 your looking at. Only thing I could figure that the guy hanging the doors put the drivers side on on Monday and did the passenger side on Friday and ................well.............the hinge went this way............right?

Pictures of mine on the website below.

Just bought this 1947 Chevy COE today. It survived the 400 mile trip back home without a single problem( towed perfectly! ). :D

Here are some progress pictures of my COE.
I have the Speedway motors engine and trans mounts in, the steering hooked up and seats ready to mount. Running board brackets and cab mounts are in place with some reinforcement needed on both. The brake pedal and master cylinder are hung.
I changed the front tires out to a pair I had in stock. This gave me more fender clearance and a lower stance. I have wheels ordered, Halibrand 5 spokes.
I didn't get any pictures of the steering to box connection or the master cylinder. Got to remember to do that. Any how, here are pictures.

That Ryder Truck was built by a fella in Lyons, Oregon. He ran a fleet of them on the west coast and then I think Ryder stepped up and bought the rights or started to but nothing ever happened that I know of. I also think that the motor is what they call a "pancake" and was ran in busses quite commonly. It is a****mins

  29. Anybody know of someone that might be interested in a transmission from what was believed to be a '56 Ford F-500? How about a COE-specific board? Otherwise, it'll be scrapped. It's heavy, so shipping might be expensive.

    Thanks,
    Kurt
