The roadster on the hooks was part of a hoard of cars from Texas. The gullwing has since been restored. Oh, and talk about high $$ wheels, the Rudge knockoffs on the gullwing fetch about $20,000 to $30,000 a set in nice shape.

Okay, I admit it...I'm sick...but that straight-8 is my idea of ART. That rod looks well done!
Do you have any other pictures of it?

  12. That car is art. Detailed beyond belief. I've seen it a couple times but the owner wasn't around.

The vanity plate on it reads LUNACY

    Thanks for the pics!
Big engine for the wheelbase, just my opinion.

Perhaps at the old (long circuit) Nurburgring? I know it had several rises where fast cars got completely airborne. Gary

  21. The Dodge is / was a real 426 four-speed car. Unfortunately, it is too far gone.
