And now for something completely different...

A Model "A" radiator shell on a Model "A"... WOW... I don't know what to think????

I was following a car this past week a bit closer than normal... when suddenly they tapped their brakes and I saw something furry balled up in the middle of the road!!!

Well... my 32 truck grill sits only 2-1/2" above the ground... and needless to say... a good portion of that racoon was seived through the grill and caused significant damage!

So I cleaned up the mess took the 32 grill off for repairs and washed off the "coon guts" from the from axle and springs("yuck").

I threw the Toilet seat that I was using for wall decoration on it and thought... and thought... "That's something completely different"!!!

Well let's put it this way... I think it would look better if there was a hood on it to tie it into the rest of the car... and maybe running a set of WWW's!!!

What do you guys think??????

But I think it would be Cooler with a hood like this...

Looks good with the 32 grille and the 30 grille. If THE 30 grille was sectioned down by two inches it would look better. Repair th 32 grille and get it back on for the best look over all.

I think it looks better with the A grille.

I would shorten it and possibly paint it to have a compromise between the two.

 

Looks good. I like A grill shells. You should get one off a ford 8n tractor. Just kidding.

I like the A grill, everyone wants a 32 grill on whatever they have, Ford, Chevy, Plymouth, Subaru......well maybe not the last one!

I even like it without the sheetmetal connecting it to the body.

No WWW with that awesome motor.... and they run the '32 grilles over the model A's for a reason... It's not BAD looking with the A but given a choice I'd run the Deuce shell.

IMHO, the A shell looks better on THAT car. Maybe some tie bars would be the right look?

I don't know why everyone wants to run a '32 shell on their A.

It's just gotten to the point where a car stands out if it DOESN'T have a '32 shell on it.

I like the A shell. Cut it down some though. Nice car.

 

Most importantly, go with what you like best, but I prefer A grilles on an A.

I think they're overrated, period. I don't see why so many people like them. Someone should slap an A grill on a '32 just for spite.

Mark, I'm digging the 32 grill but with the sound of your motor no one gonna look at the nose that Roadster is a Wicked Bitch

 

I gotta vote in favor of the A grille. Maybe take a 2-3" section out of the height for fun, but I like it. I'm also pining for the Fjords, so what do I know.
