    I know, Air?? Yep..
I need to source a set of barbed fittings for the bulkhead and unit on a Vintage A/C unit instead of using the special fittings etc..I want simple..rubber hose and clamps are what i want..
I bought the unit from an Alliance vendor with great satisfaction, but have gotten no satisfaction on trying to get these from them..at all.
So, i ask, who do i contact for these simple fittings without going to a catalog? Advice please..Or if you sell 'em, shoot me a pm.
I'd like to buy from someone here.

Thanks for any help fella's..or ladies :)

Not sure if you know, but if you're running R-134, it's not recommended to use barb fittings and hose clamps. If using R-12, it's OK. but more companies are geared up for 134, and the R-12 stuff is fading fast.
Try Doc's Blocks for all sorts of AC fittings.
Or maybe you can use the heater hose adapters they make for the bulkheads fittings. Female O-ring on one end, barb (5/8" only) on the other.

I know about the A/C fitting's, and plan to use the proper crimp style for those. The one's i want are for the heater hoses themselves.
Thanks for the advice just the same though.

If I remember correctly I believe that the bulkhead is something like a 1/2' male swage fitting. My Parker supplier has a female swage to barb adapter that makes a really clean transition. Also check McMaster Carr. They call the swage Yor-Lok; they may also have the adapter.

Vintage air should have them in stock. Also Hot Rod Air or Southern Air.
