Found another photo in my files. Looks like the owner as he is leaning upon the car. I know it is not much to go by but does anyone recognize the fence?

The fence definitly looks like the front stretch at York. You might do to post with the NSRA site?

 

Looks like a '59 Caddy in the background. York entries stop at '48, unless it's been changed, but I doubt it.

 

looks like BOBK, ah!!..nope his beard is shorter! That is a really nice T coupe though, Please post more images as you find them.

Someone suggested that it might be Knoxville? Fence doesn't match the pics I was able to find on line for York.





Also have been trying to figure out what the signs say circled by the green line

 

I noticed the license plate in that last pic.......there are a few websites where you can run plates - very easy if you know the state. You could also call that states DMV and get the registered owners name for $1.

 

If I'm not mistaken thats an oklahoma plate... not that it helps

 

That looks like the fence inside Texas Motor Speedway...they have a Goodguys event there.
