I cant get my pics to post but if you look at my profile I have an album with a few pics.We drove in from Llano My best run was 13.84 @ 102.9 . We had a blast!!

 

Yeah... not sure how, but I got in trouble for that pic being labeled 'Blake's PU'... gonna be a long night.

this is one of my favorite pics of the weekend

 

yeah, that thing was amazing. I was standing right next to it during the cackle fest. Hemi's make me smile.

 

I was running as an exhibition car and as such was running 1/8th mile. The best I could muster was a 6.43 @ 112mph. I shut it off at the 1/8 and still went 11.05 @ 86 in the 1/4.
At the Texas Thaw in Denton I was running 5.80s @ 115. I dont know what they have done to the track at Little River, but my car doesnt like it much.

 

My humble apologies Blake. Hope you and Joyce will be at the Dog & Duck Monday night. I'll see if I can make up for my faux pas. Besides I still owe ya a couple brews.

Wesley, looking forward to seeing ya Monday night. It'll be good to visit for a while.

With all the folks that had to leave early because of work(including me!), I'm thinking we need to have Day of the Drags made a mandatory state holiday!

And Crease, I'm with ya on Ryan. I know his cars but never had the pleasure of meeting him. I'd like the opportunity to thank him in person for giving us our playground here.

Thanks Kontinentals! I had things to do Saturday morning, and Family coming into town Saturday night, But my afternoon was free!!!

I drove 2 hours one way to only stay for 3 hours, but it was totally worth it... a little DOTD is better than none..

Ryan- wanted to meet you too, I'll find ya at the Roundup.

I took an hour of video from the dash, pits, and rides up and back. Will have something up in a week or so. You can't tell from the video of course but when I asked Norm where to go get my patch...I was grinning from ear to ear.
