FYI, that's Rich Evans a close friend of Gene's and one hell of a painter, more into the industrial style airbrush stuff. his style is obviously off topic for this site, not my cup of tea but one has to appreciate good work when they see it. also a really nice guy, met him at one of Gene's workshops, super down to earth and loves what he does.

He wasn't very down to earth while I was there....he was trying to hard to impress.....

Do you ever notice that the really good builders/customizers/painters etc.... are very humble and don't wear T-shirts with their full name plastered accross the front??? (and have leather colored flames sewn onto their black boots)

did you actually talk to him? i never said anything about his clothing style, just that he does good work when it comes to his style of painting. and i don't see anything wrong with someone wearing a shirt with the name of their business on it, although i will agree its not very subtle in this case.

nice pictures by the way, i'm bummed that i couldnt make it and i cant believe that green Cadillac is still sitting out there rotting, it has to have been at least 4 years now . . .

Rich Evans is not humble by any means. Ive never seen his work, but the way he carries himself you would think he invented paintjobs alltogether. How humble can you be to wear a tshirt with your own name on your chest?

Gene's son Steve Winfield is in the red Ferrari hat. He stopped by our camp at Bonneville looking for some spare parts for Gene's car. He's a really nice guy & you gotta give props to him for helping his "dear ol' dad" try to set a new B'ville record.

Is that Doctor Chris Sabatino, Cadillac Guru?

    "DocSab"?

He makes those wheels that Sienna Rose '60 cadillac is sporting if it is him. He was like a former Mr. Universe or something, does concours Cadillac restorations, AND is a practicing chiropractor in Hollywood!
