I'm glad I joined, I got to hook up with some old friends and am always reading things of interest. I used to stop in and read the Jalopy Journal back in 03. I believe you were using the old folder system and I was totally lost being a new PC user. Kind of wish I joined back then now.

Look at your own member profile, then check out the number on the far right in the URL field at the top of your browser.

For example, look at my profile - the actual address is:

I'm member 20766.

You can erase the member number from the address and type whatever member number in you want and hit return and it'll go to that member number's profile.

those numbers come from the big changover in the Spring of 01. I am a double digit but it means nothing. there was a core group back when this was an email newsletter before many of our times..............talking mid 90s or so. The HAMB started to 'splode in 99/00 for many of us.
