Dude you're givin' up all of my seceret places. I live about 15-20 minutes from all of that stuff. I know where some more are but I'm afraid you'll tell everyone.
Hi We are almost neighbors, I was by your town last month. Would have been nice to met and have a beer together next time. I also know places, I don't want to share
Dude, great find and I'm glad you posted up the details to contact the guy. I fucking hate those pricks that wont do it, selfish turds. Not many people here that can afford everything in a yard so they don't tell and let it all rust. Wankers. Cheers, Doc.
Some great buildable cars in them pictures. It just sucks that all the cool yards are always 100 light years away from new jersey.
Look's like a little of everthing! The '56 Chev hardtop hurt's me bad. Love the '59 Ranch-o's alot. Thank you for the 'tour'!
maaan all that awesome junk , you guys are lucky to have all this great stuff near by in the northeast its pretty scarce
The first guy needs a little modern day guidance. Maybe introduce him to craigslist or ebay. He could piece that yard out and earn at least $100 a day. Same with the Rachero guy....can anyone say Y-BLOCKS!!!!
Is anybody going to tell him that that green stuff is poisen ivy and he should not even breath near it? dwrfab Don Ross
When I lived in eastern Colorado there was a guy out in Stratton that had a yard like that. There was crap piled on top of crap. I was more into 4x4 stuff then but I do remember seeing old Chevelle's, a 69 Camaro, a ton of old 40's and 50's trucks, etc. You couldnt walk 20 yards without tripping over a Ford 9". He would call the crusher in there for most of the newer stuff but tended to kinda hang onto the older stuff. I can spend hours upon hours walking in them places while the g/f is out in the car bitchin'!
I dare say that this proves that Norwegians are natural born explorers and know how to find things. (by the way, I am an Erickson)
I have been wanting a little wagon like that opel to hot rod but it doesnt look like it has any glass and its a long way from me
Neat pictures of good junk. I swear i could hear a rattler a copperhead a black widow and millions of wasp calling my name....
I think we serve it with other things on the side ,bacon etc , but I have to admit that the things on the side is better than the lutefisk. They also use to have "smorgasbord" (Norwegian sandwiches), but the thing they don't or maybe wouldn't know, is that "smorgasbord" is Swedish.
Is that an old Hemi chained to the grill guard? (the spell check is telling me that Hemi is misspelled, WTF?)
Sure did , under the orange jacuzzi / bubble bath. The little Opel station wagon and Opel GT are cool as well.
Looks like an old Pontiac chained to the grill guard if you ask me. Anyone agree? Butch/56sedandelivery.
give us the addresses of these junk yards so us hambers can hunt em down and pick through em.. before the e.p.a ruins em.
SHHH...I recognize where some of that stuff is. Got family that lives in Whitney. Went tin hunting in July and found an old Dallas trolley even.
ARG! I need that grill and those lights......Hey it aint' a good venture if you don't get a rash. Poison ivy, oak, sumac and rattlesnakes....I usually find them in a junkyard. Last rattler I saw in NE FLA ....I swear I did a record standing reverse long jump while ripping the crotch out of my jeans. 7 foot long and as big around as a soup can. But it didnt like the 22 cal between the eyes.
