Thanks Alex Gambino and One Shot Kustoms (Cadillac Paint)

I just want to say Thank you to Alex, Amy & Justin at One shot Kustoms, aka Mr&Mrs Metal, also Evel for the color. Well I'm not to sure how to start all of this, But about 5 weeks ago I was talking to Alex on the phone about my 63 cadi and how I had this paint job in my head. Alex in SO-CA and me Chicago, the logistic just would not work. So he said, Bobby I know this Dude and he can lay down some super kickass paint or something like that. Well I went to meet Justin to get things started. Please let me say, besides a Bad Ass Kustom-Hot Rod Builder, He and Amy are two of the nicest people you will ever meet. The paint is all most done and he still has to wet sand and clear but you can see how it is going. I will post more pics when I go back out there.....

 

The flake is blinding in person...

 

Paint looks really nice, I like the car much better without the vinyl top.

What did you do about the rust around the rear window? Did you sandblast it? I sure hope you didn't just paint over it like that.

Update,I Just got the phone with Justin. My baby is coming home in the morning!!! I still have a lot to do over this winter. Justin, Amy and the rest of the One shot crew busted ass big time and it shows. Thanks for all for the good words. I will post some new pics soon....
